Updated February 12, 2024 2:30pm: For age groups 2011 and 2010 tournament has been reconciled. 

 > SCHEDULES: Venues and Schedules will be posted online here approximately about a two weeks before the tournament Divisions first play date. Please check your team's schedule weekly and before leaving for each game. Teams withdrawing at the last minute may cause schedule changes.

> COACHING CONFLICTS:  Schedule conflicts cannot be resolved due to the high number of Coaches with multiple teams. Be aware that any Cal South licensed and carded coach may coach any team in the State Cup tournament. 

> REFEREE FEES: Each team pays the referees at the on field at the team check-in prior to the start of each game. The referee fee schedule for 2021 is posted online in the State Cup Website

> CHECK-IN: The listed Head Coach or Team Manager needs to go online and print the teams Match Roster for each game. THERE IS A MANDATORY CHECK-IN BY THE COACH OR MANAGER AT THE VENUE HEADQUARTERS BEFORE THE TEAMS FIRST GAME. After the first game the Players and the Coaches are checked in at the field by the referees just prior to the start of each game.
